Terms and Conditions
It’s recommended that you plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment, as you will be required to complete a client history form.
Life is busy, and we completely understand. However, we do have some policies in place that may apply in the instance of late arrivals or short-notice cancellations.
Late Arrival
Everything will be done to ensure that you receive your full treatment time. However, if you arrive late and we have appointments immediately after, we may only be able to provide you with your remaining treatment time. You will still be required to pay for your full treatment time. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to commence your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing all clients with exceptional healthcare. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from the waiting list from being offered the appointment.
Please call reception on 0498194593 the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify of any changes or cancellations.
Alternatively, you can cancel via the automated reminder text you will receive 24hrs prior to your appointment. If no notification is given, you may be charged a fee of $25 for a late cancellation. If you confirm the appointment via automated text and then don’t arrive, you will then be charged a ‘no show’ fee of $50 for the missed appointment. Since these are impossible to be filled.
No cancellation fee will be charged in case of a genuine illness.
